Cook from frozen — do not thaw.

Boiling Method (Traditional):

  1. Bring 6 cups of salted water to a rolling boil in a medium pot.
     
  2. Add the frozen Pelmeni and stir gently to prevent sticking.
     
  3. Cook uncovered for 8–10 minutes, until the dumplings float to the top and the dough is tender.
     
  4. Remove with a slotted spoon and serve immediately.
    Storage:
    Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Cook from frozen — do not thaw.

Steaming Method (Traditional):

  1. Fill the bottom of a steamer pot with water and bring to a rolling boil.
     
  2. Lightly grease the steamer tiers with oil.
     
  3. Arrange the frozen Manti in a single layer on the tiers, leaving space between each dumpling.
     
  4. Once the water is boiling, place the filled tiers on top of the pot and cover.
     
  5. Steam for 30 minutes, keeping the lid closed.
     
  6. Remove gently with a spatula and serve hot.

 Cook from frozen — do not thaw.

Baking Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 370°F (190°C).
     
  2. Remove the bichak from the packaging and place evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
     
  3. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
     
  4. Sprinkle with the included sesame seasoning mix.
     
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and fully baked.
     
  6. Serve warm for the best flavor and texture.
     

Storage:
Keep frozen until ready to bake. Do not refreeze once thawed
